Chef Tony’s Easy Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Kahlua flavoring

Mix all ingredients till incorporated. Chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400F.

Scoop onto un-greased  baking sheet, flatten with fork dipped in sugar.

Bake for 10 minutes until set. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet then remove to cooling rack.
