Event Details

Have you ever been caught off guard and overwhelmed by the challenge of caregiving to a parent, spouse, sibling, partner or friend in the midst of your busy life?

Please join Dr. Anya Parpura, Aging & Dementia Expert, on the first Tuesday of each month in March, April and May for an interactive group discussion designed to help you understand and deal with both sides of caregiving, providing it and receiving it. Caregiving crosses all illnesses, conditions and health concerns. Providing care for loved ones often leads to feeling intimidated, confused, frustrated and exhausted. Sharing your caregiving journey in a safe environment not only relieves stress, but also provides you with solutions.

Tuesday, March 1 at 5:30 pm PST: Living with Caregiver Stress and Burden

Tuesday, April 5 at 5:30 pm PST: Seeking Help: Different Forms of Help and Support

Tuesday, May 3 at 5:30 pm PST: Understanding New Language in Light of Cognitive Decline
