Are residents allowed to have pets?

Our pets become our family at The Kensington and we recognize their importance not only as companions, but as an important contributor to emotional health, too.

We all know how important pets are to our lives. We don’t have to examine studies by physicians and scientists to know that when we spend time loving our pets we feel better! Pets are loyal and lovable, and offer us unconditional devotion. They bring out our instincts for nurturing; we feel needed and relied upon and our stress levels decrease.

We at The Kensington invite you to have your small pet live with you at our community. We want you to smile, laugh, and feel good! We accept most small pets, and have minimal deposit requirements to make the necessary accommodations.

Please contact us at 626-355-5700 for more information.
