This is a 4-day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.

What is Direct Care Training?
- Paid training for new team members from Monday, March 11th – Thursday, March 14th at 9am-5pm taking place at Kensington Place Redwood City.
- Certificate program led by Brenda, Community Nursing Support Specialist, RN.
- Open to newly hired Care Partners – PCA, HHA, CNA not required.

What You’ll Gain:
- Hands-on experience caring for residents and assisting with ADLs
- Dementia skills training with Certified Dementia Practitioners
- Professional mentorship from our Director of Nursing (RN), Neighborhood Managers, and 24/7 Nursing Team
- Direct Care Certificate
- A Full-Time or Part-Time position as a Care Partner with long-term growth opportunities
