The warmth of family gatherings and the joy of traditions make spirits bright. Yet if you’re caring for a loved one with dementia, the holidays can be stressful. So to help you prepare for the upcoming festivities, please join us for an interactive workshop, designed with your holiday caregiving needs in mind.

Leandra Sims, our Kensington Memory Care Manager and a Positive Approach to Care® (PAC) coach, will share practical, actionable PAC techniques that improve understanding and communication between caregivers and loved ones. Attendees will receive interactive gift boxes to help foster joyful connection and cheer throughout the holiday season.

At Kensington Place, we promise to love and care for your family as we do our own. Our bighearted team is ready and willing to offer support and guidance. Please reach out.

Leandra Sims, PAC Coach, spearheaded the incredible campaign to make The Kensington the first PAC-Designated Community in California, putting in hours and hours of extra work, love and training. She now shares the magic of PAC with other Kensington communities through hands-on training sessions.

For questions, please email Mariella Montesinos, Director of Outreach & Education Programs, at mmacuil@kensingtonsl.com.
