Memory Care

Our memory care neighborhoods are specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. 

Our care team’s ongoing training and expertise allow them to support various levels of care for couples while helping them maintain their connection.

We understand that memory care requires a specialized approach, so we offer three levels of care based on the progression of memory loss: early, middle, and late stages.

  1. Connections: The Connections neighborhood offers higher support for residents with moderate memory loss. Connections focuses on structured routines and activities that promote emotional well-being and cognitive stimulation. This program helps residents maintain a sense of identity and connection with their loved ones.
  2. Haven: For those in more advanced stages of dementia, the Haven neighborhood provides comprehensive care designed to enhance comfort and dignity. We offer sensory-based activities, skilled nursing care, and a secure environment that ensures safety while promoting a soothing atmosphere. 

With these customized programs, couples can continue to live side by side, knowing each partner receives the specific care they need, tailored to their condition.
