INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 cup of red wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup of chopped finely fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup of chopped Oregano
- 1 table spoon of chopped red pepper
- 2 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in a robot coupe or electric chopper just for a few seconds, or to desire coarseness. Put in fridge for 2 hours before use. Enjoy on your choice of protein – especially delicious on a grilled kebab!
