Chef Tony’s Special Chimichurri Sauce


  • 1 cup of Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 cup of red wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped finely fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup of chopped Oregano
  • 1 table spoon of chopped red pepper
  • 2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


Mix all the ingredients in a robot coupe or electric chopper just for a few seconds, or to desire coarseness. Put in fridge for 2 hours before use. Enjoy on your choice of protein – especially delicious on a grilled kebab!
