Led by Leandra Sims, PAC-Certified Mentor and PAC Support Specialist at Kensington Senior Living, this two-part webinar will explore the core principles of PAC and how they support individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.

Keith grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland, where found his passion for working with seniors and memory care early on. After moving to California and launching a successful career in accounting, Keith decided to return to senior living and pursue a career that had always given him the greatest sense of purpose. Keith has been with Kensington Senior Living for 5 years and brings so much love and passion to our residents and families each day.

From the experiences of family members living with dementia, Jackie changed her passion and focus to senior living. Jackie came to The Kensington a year ago fully embracing the Kensington promise. Shamaris began her journey with Kensington in 2016 as the Haven Activities Assistant, and her exceptional work ethic and connection with residents led to her promotion to Life Enrichment Manager in 2023. Shamaris has embraced her leadership role within the Life Enrichment team, inspiring innovative programming and fostering meaningful experiences for residents.
