1. What is memory care, and how is it different from assisted living?
Memory care is specialized senior living designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Our community features two distinct neighborhoods:
- Connections for early to middle-stage memory loss
- Haven for late-stage dementia support
These environments are structured, secure, and teamed by professionals trained in compassionate communication and behavior management.
2. What kind of training is provided?
All new hires receive:
- Onboarding and shadowing experiences
- Ongoing training in dementia care (including Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care®)
- Optional certification support (e.g., CNA, LVN)
We make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
3. What roles are available in memory care?
We hire for:
- Care Partners (entry-level caregiver roles)
- Medication Technicians
- LVNs and RNs
- Life Enrichment and Activity Coordinators
- Dining and Hospitality team
