How to Decide When the Time is Right: Successfully Transitioning into a Memory Care Community

Searching for a memory care community is not an easy process, and it’s even more difficult deciding when you should start the transition. What happens if one half of a couple needs care, but the other does not? How do you decide when the time is right?

Watch our recent discussion with Licensed Social Worker, Beth St. John, on How to Decide When the Time is Right: Successfully Transitioning into a Memory Care Community.

Find the support you need and the answers to all of your questions, as our experts guide you through the warning signs to help you guide your decision, as well as the do’s and don’ts behind a successful transition. Whether you’re planning the transition for one or a couple, our care model is built around families and for families. Let Kensington Place Redwood City assist you on this journey and be the ally that you need.
