Why senior living careers are on the rise in 2024

The senior living industry is experiencing unprecedented growth, and the numbers speak for themselves. By 2030, every baby boomer will be over 65, and the senior population in the U.S. is projected to reach 95 million by 2060.

At the same time, there’s a growing shortage of trained care partners, CNAs, nurses, and supportive roles to meet this rising demand.

The result? It’s a booming industry with more job opportunities than ever and an urgent need for compassionate professionals.
